"Esta muy bien ubicado el hotel, pero me dieron una habitación en el último piso, era un cuarto de azotea con ventanitas en el techo, muy claustrofóbico y no para un hotel que se supone es de 5 estrellas, creo que deben ser claros sobre reservan ese cuarto ya que no atiende a las fotos"

"The hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent.
The worst thing was the Air Conditioner was not cool enough, they put a small fan in the room, but was no enough.
Looks l8ke they have central air conditioning, so you can't adjust the temperature in the room.
Actually all the hotel was warm."

"The receptionist who checked us in, Adela, was very friendly & helpful & the facilities such as the top floor pool & hot tub etc were very good with great views.
Only downside was the shower was difficult to operate however this was rectified quickly after reporting it & a new tap system was fitted. The low water pressure was a constant issue.
A nice shopping centre was literally minutes away as was the local Metro & Tram systems which made getting about Prague very easy.
