"The gym facilities were extremely underwhelming, with barely the basic equipment available — essentially just one treadmill. This was particularly disappointing.
Service at the restaurant was equally unsatisfactory. The service staff at the breakfast area came across as unhelpful and lacking in hospitality. Even a simple request for a complimentary cup of coffee for takeaway seemed like an unreasonable ask, which made the overall dining experience rather unpleasant."

"The location is amazing, right on the Old Town Square. The building is gorgeous and the rooms are huge with massive ceilings. It is very quaint . It offers you the use of a washing machine dryer, large common kitchen and dining room. The staff were also very charming and helpful. There were shops, restaurants, and museums everywhere."
