"Triple room was big and spacious. Staff was responsive and excellent when we had concerns about the AC/how hot it was in the room since we couldn't figure out the control panel. Amenities and housekeeping were lacking, however. AC was dusty, with black bits falling out of it and onto the bed under it. The ceiling light above the master bed clearly had an insect nest/graveyard in the middle. There were stains on the mattresses, covered up by sheets that were clearly too small for them. Beds were...
