"Overall, everything about the property itself was very good. The room was clean, comfortable, and the stay was pleasant. The only concern was regarding early check-in. Even though I believe the room was already ready, we were not allowed to access it before the official check-in time. We had to leave our luggage downstairs in a common storage area shared with other guests, which felt somewhat uncomfortable from a safety perspective. Fortunately, nothing happened, but we did not feel completely...

We were informed that the pool’s heating system was broken, and the water temperature did not go above 22°C, so it was freezing cold and impossible to swim in. Bathrobes were not provided unless you paid extra for the private wellness area. The first room we were given had not even been cleaned.
