"Prague is well connected with public transport and hotel is near to one of the tram stations. Rooms are big and spaciuos ( I booked family room). Staff was mostly courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet had multiple offerings especially lots of options onSweet bakeries"

First night got a call at 1030 pm as our luggage was delayed and delivered no assistance given until young man at front desk saw me dragging luggage up the stairs elevator was up a flight of stairs. Breakfast was in a small cramped space. This was definitely not 5 star. They had no top layer sheets but comforters; room went from 17c to 22 Celsius.
