"Hotel molto pulito; camere spaziose e moderne. Ho dato 4 stelle perchè non funzionava la ventola del bagno. Check in online non facile perchè la connessione per chi viene dall'estero può essere difficoltosa. Per fortuna la signora delle pulizie ci ha aperto e ci ha indirizzato alla reception, due edifici più in là. Sarebbe utile specificare, che in caso di problemi, esiste una reception in un edificio vicino."

"I was COMPLETELY & UTTERLY disappointed with our stay. I am TRULY bewildered with the fact this is SUPPOSED to be a 5-star hotel! "Very good location within easy walking distance to Prague Castle. Tram No. 22 stops right outside the hotel and takes you directly to Old Town and Charles Bridge. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices. The room is spacious, and the bathroom and toilet are separated into two areas, which is very convenient. The only improvement needed is that the room does not provide face towels."

"WiFi and bed was comfortable, we had a practice fire drill at 6am my first day there, but I dont think that is normal. Please leave dishsoap for cleaning dishes, dish towel, wash towel, sponge for kitchen. Very nice, place smaller than photos but still comfortable. Quiet and good location to all trams and buses. Close to fabulous Georgian bakery. 😊"

"The hotel was clean, quiet, and basic. A great breakfast variety. Very tasty. Location was central; 20 minute walk to Old Town Center. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were very soft. Not my taste. Front of the house staff did not me feel very welcome. Not a single ‘ hello’ when I returned from my excursions. I stayed for 3 nights. I would look for something closer to Old Town, if I came back. "

"The hotel is beautiful, both the courtyard and the room. The breakfast is good, with a variety to choose from. We were given a room with the loft, which we did not think about the bath room being on the lower ground (not convenient at night), and difficuly to walk the stairs at the end of touring the city.
