"Excellent hotel and perfect location in Prague."

"We thought we had booked an excellent hotel till there was a glitch about servicing our room. The issue was remedied by the staff as best as they could. But the disappointment about their services cannot be undone. They were extremely apologetic and even offered us free breakfast plus a bottle of red wine n chocs t make up for the inconveniences. It was unfortunate that the cleaning staff let them down and we were the casualties. All being said this is a very centrally located hotel."

"Brilliant hotel staff, very kind and helpful, and helped us in an emergency when we needed them, overall and excellent stay , will definitely stay here again"

"Highly recommend. Close to all the sites and lots of restaurants."

"We enjoyed our stay. From beginning to end was great. Room was clean."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole experience of a peaceful, beautiful stay in a very busy city was lovely."

"One of the best solo weekend trips I have ever had! I stayed for 2 days (one night) and had a wonderful experience overall. Check-in was a little underwhelming, it was busy at the Riverside reception were I was dropped off. I initially felt overlooked, until another staff member quickly noticed, welcomed me and reassured me about the wait.

"From the start the front desk and service staff were fantastic. Beautiful room, perfect location. Wouldn’t look anywhere else!"

"Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Wall in the rooms are not soundproof at all which is a surprise because I thought that was listed that they were soundproofed. Our neighbouring room woke us up one morning with them talking. Water pressure in the shower was very weak, to the point where it ask it difficult to shower. This was on the 4th floor. Unsure if all rooms are like this. No electrical outlets"
