"Friendly Staff "

"Spider webs stains in curtains water in tub wouldn't completely shut off. No continental breakfast. Smelled stale and old. Wall paper pealing. Outside looked terrible and un inviting. Back hurts from the bed almost 36 hrs later. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone... personally would like a full refund.."

"My favorite spot in Sioux City! I love having a hot tub in the living room. Close walking distance to Hardrock, and night life, etc. "

"Didn’t get to check out the pool because of the time of year but the rest of the hotel/casino was excellent. Even a free drink for everyone in our party when we checked in. Great place. "

"We got in late and then had to leave at 5:30a before breakfast was ready. We me Lou and she was the kindest staff person we met! She invited our kids in to the breakfast area to make themselves waffles for their breakfast and chatted with my husband even though the breakfast area wasn’t open yet. She was a gem and Hampton is lucky to have her! She made our morning and our kids said they would have loved to invite her on our travels for the day! "

"Parking was easy, everything in the room worked perfectly. I do wish the water pressure was better, but other than that we had a great stay! Room was very clean, and staff was extremely kind and helpful! The snack bar was a huge help as well. "

"Wonderful stay with helpful staff. Very nice breakfast ! And, for once, delicious coffee! Nicely located across the street from a wonderful restaurant for dining in the evening. Comfortable bed. Clever design throughout."

"Clean room, beds comfortable. Only problem was there is no hot tub and pool was not heated so children could only swim for a short time before they got to cold. When we asked if they could turn heat up for pool the staff said only his manager can do that and they are not there on weekends. Disappointed in that but everything else was fine. "
