"The amenities at the Avenue Inn & Spa were plentiful. Free Wi-Fi, breakfast, hot tub, wine & cheese, indoor pool, cookies, and sauna were a few of the amenities. However, the floors in the rooms were not as clean as I expected. The floors in the common areas were decent, and the atmosphere was cozy. "Very quaint location, could use more sand less grass behind the hotel but otherwise beautiful, they had a cute little sand area with hammock swings, but it would’ve been nice to have sand in front of the water for children to play otherwise very nice kitchenette and bathroom size. We ate at the lighthouse, but they were out of most of the fish, which is why we like to come to the beaches for fresh fish, but that is not the hotels fault. I did like that they had parking available for us on site....

"This hotel was absolutely amazing! Great staff! Amazing for little kids especially with the indoor pool! Complementary breakfast was amazing to have (saved us $ on buying overpriced food at the beach lol) the manager of the hotel was so kind and helpful when I asked for advice on stuff to do around the area he recommended an experience of a lifetime! Couldn’t be happier with my stay! We will definitely be back in the future if we take another trip to Rehoboth!"

This was extremely concerning and suggests that the breakfast items are not being properly inspected and that expiration dates may not be carefully monitored by the staff. "I Love the Hyatt it was amazing. It was our first time staying at the Hyattt.It was wondering! Just amazing. We were visiting our 88 year old aunt. Embassy Suites, Westgate, nor the Sheraton have nothing on the Hyatt. The staff was excellent very good customer service skills! Especially the young man who kept the food for breakfast replenish the, tables clean, the food area was kept clean. I don't remember his name but he was very pleasant great personality! He worked there for 4 or five years...

"This hotel is in a great location to beach and restaurants. The staff were super nice. Fresh ground coffee prepared in the morning for all. Great roof top pool. So clean. Parking was great and so convenient! I would definitely recommend and stay again !"

"From start to finish my daughter and I had a wonderful experience staying at the Atlantic Sands Hotel for our vacation. We had a clean and spacious room with a wonderful oceanfront view and balcony. The staff were VERY friendly and helpful to us. The parking was close and safe. And all the attractions were a walking distance away including the beach. We will be back next year for sure"
