"I booked an Executive Ocean View room. However when I got to the room, it had a blocked view out of the double silding doors. Upon enquiry into the situation, the hotel gave me a complimentary upgrade to an Executive "Suite" Ocean View. I think, this is very kind of Bali beach hotel and team to help with this situation, and my hats off to Bali Beach hotel. This is an excellent place to stay with just the very top level facilities and amenities.
Only down side I saw was that the vegitarian menu was limited. We would have loved to see some Indian vegitarian options available in the restaurant attached to the hotel.
