Cari Hotel di Divisi Dhaka

"The check-in experience was very unpleasant. The concierge agent was very unprofessional. While I was checking in, he kept entertaining other people without asking me. He put me on hold and made me wait for a long time. I had to wait for the room at around 4 pm. He asked me to sit and completely forgot. After sitting in the lobby for about 30 minutes, I went back, and then he gave me the room key. I was very tired."

"Super!! Staff are very helpful!! I got compliments for early check in and late check out. Super clean room with nice odour inside the room."

"Great service.great people,"

"The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, arranging a rickshaw and recommending places to visit. The location was also very convenient, with a bank and bus ticket office nearby. Overall, a great stay, though the breakfast could be improved."

"Great rooms and location, staff are incredibly helpful. Shoutout to Rafi from front desk for making the process extra smooth. Beware of ordering room service though, the menu prices are marked up 3x than the restaurant menu online."

"Food at the resort was good unfortunately they continued to burn trash on the resort grounds which created a Sickening smell."

"The staff were extremely helpful. Room was very clean, modern and well Maintained. Breakfast was superb and well planned. It is very difficult to say which staff stands out as all are excellent. I particularly mention Tushu and Isha who were proactive in helping me."
