"This was a very appealing hotel. We had reserved a suite, but got upgraded to the deluxe suite (only one in hotel), which was huge - 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms. Dinner in hotel dining room was pretty good. Staff was good and friendly. Parking in garage under the hotel - nice spaces, well lit, connects inside. Location was excellent - right in center of town. Town is pleasant and quiet. Can walk around easily. Also had dinner at two nearby good restaurants. Manager Patrick was very friendly...

"It's a lovely family run hotel. The team are all lovely and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is modern enough and well presented. I found the bed extremely comfortable. The bar is a nice environment to relax in. The restaurant wasn't serving dinner but they arranged for a delivery of food and set up a table for me to eat it in the restaurant. The food they recommended was delicious and a good price. There is plentiful free parking, which includes a Tesla charging point. There is step free...

"Staff were very kind and courteous. The spa treatments were great, we got them at the Irma spa and they were lovely. We did the mirror pool and mud pool + short massage, which made the trip worth it. The area itself is really beautiful, green and nice to walk around / have a drink. Also there are restaurants nearby in town which are really nice. Overall a nice trip but the other reviews are right that the property itself is dated. First impression on arrival wasn’t great but stay was nice...

"Hotel Trajan is located on the West side of the bridge while the check-in desk, dining room and parking are located on the East of the bridge. It's a ten minute walk between the two. Trajan is dated but it's clean and located in the middle of Centrum; so it's really convenient. I'd have to say the building is quaint. The doing room is eclectic because you are assigned a seat; well, I wasn't assigned a seat but was shuffled all over. The selection of breakfast food is OK... if you get there late,...
