"It’s a fairly cheap place; it’s right on the beach; and it’s just a few minutes off the pan-American highway. If you are traveling through and need a cheap convenient place to rest your head, this is it. The staff is kind and genuinely want to help you. "The room was clean and beds were comfortable. It was a 15 minute walk to the beach and next to local corner stores and restaurants. The owner was nice and showed us around when we came in. It was also around a 20 minute walk from the bus stop so there's no need for a car to move around. Theres a rooftop bbq area with hammocks and table top games that anyone staying can use. "the property is gorgeous and the rooms are comfortable and nice. Don't expect a tv in your room, or a refrigerator. It is more like a very nice bed and breakfast. the restaurant was very nice and moderately priced and breakfast, which is included, was also very good. It is about a 10 minute drive to the little main area of the Valle but not bad. The pool was nice enough, but small. The staff is very friendly and helpful."

"What a wonderful place to find out what life on the Pacific coast of Panama is like and what it can be for you. Brooke and her staff are everything you would want in them. Friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and supportive. Breakfast is included and is the only meal served daily. Definitely try El Parque restaurant in San Carlos. Delicious and inexpensive. "Communication from the owner was excellent. The staff was amazing and patient with our lack of Spanish. The food was delicious and made dining stress free for my wife and me. The grounds and pool were also quite nice. If “bang for your buck” is a priority, I recommend La Maracuya. It’s a little remote, but we wanted some quiet time, and the location didn’t prevent us from exploring. We visited the pacific beaches and El Valle de Anton via rental car. "Excellent B&B. The host communicated with us a few days ahead to provide a qr code as the place is in a gated community- so very nice and safe area.
