"I really enjoyed my stay at Las Americas Golden Towers, the room was very clean and the city view was beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but it also helps when you know a little Spanish. The breakfast was fresh everyday. Hotel is perfectly situated, and it is near food places, mall outlet stores etc. Really good stay, I definitely would recommend this hotel."

"No había toallas y despues de 3 horas del check in tuvo mi esposo que bajar a buscarlas al Lobby. Lo más incomodo fue que no nos creían como si uno fuera ignorante y ko haya viajado antes. Creo que deben mejorar las instalaciones, se ven muy viejas y es un destino interesante pero muy feas las habitaciones."

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado , el personal super atento, me tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto por que la ducha no servía ni el Aire tuve que llamar a mantenimiento además muy mal internet por lo demás bueno para llegar a dormir"

"Pésimo servicio. Las camas super incómodas, tamaño chico, de resortes quebrados, la alfombra y sillón viejo y sucio. El Hotel y habitaciones huelen a humedad, los aires acondicionados no sirven. El elevador se cierra RAPIDÍSIMO. FSTAL. Definitivamente necesita remodelación URGENTE. CERO RECOMENDADO 👎"

"It wasn't a horrible stay but I wouldn't stay there again. I'll start with the negatives and finish with the positives. -s The hotel is very dated and looks like it. The sink in my room drained very slowly and the faucet in the tu dropped continuosly. Many of the outlets didn't work. But in all fairness that may have been me. Outlets that didn't work for worked after housekeeping plugged things into them. The location in my opinión wasn't very good. Limited choices of restaurants in walking...
