"la chambre n'etait pas climatisee .32 degres a l'interieur meme apres 10 douches d'eau fraiche pas d'amelioration ..et la nuit a 3heures du matin ,une sirene d'usine hurle de bonne aloi pendant 10 minutes .fenetre ouverte le son de la boite de nuit en face sur la colline ,samedi soir ,normal tambourine ,j'etais sur la piste ...en sueur et mal a la tete "

"The food is the highlight. We couldn’t eat at the Michelin rated restaurant but we did eat the signature dishes at the affiliated bistro. OUTSTANDING!! This place is in the middle of no where and felt like Willy wonks land. The hotel is a maze with half floor stairs, passage a far distance to the pools , spa and breakfast. The rugs and interior are red and orange like a psychedelic trip. The electrical outlets are delicate. "

"We had a terrific one night stay. Undercover safe parking. Hotel was immaculate. When we had an issue with our air conditioner staff helped us immediately to a different room. Bar upstairs and lovely and breakfast was great. Staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful."

"Really didn’t enjoy our stay here. On arrival you had to walk through a sea of cigarette smoke to reach the front door of the hotel. Very basic check in support from reception with a comment made about needing to ask if we needed the bed making up! Thought that this was job of hotel staff but never mind. In comparison to other stats with similar night rates during our trip, this was by far the worst nights stay that we had. I would not stay here again."
