"Superlocatie, vriendelijk en goed Engels sprekend personeel bij de receptie. Waren met de auto, deze kon in een zijstraat aan de overkant geparkeerd worden en werd later door een medewerker geparkeerd in eigen garage onder het Hotel. We verbleven 4 nachten, absolute aanrader op steenworp afstand van strand en boulevard en een leuke wandeling langs de boulevard naar hartje centrum. Wij komen zeker terug!"

"The hotel was lovely, in an ideal location close to the Old Town (about a 10 min walk) and the main La Concha beach. Rooms were lovely and clean, with great air-conditioning, which was ideal for the heatwave! You can even borrow towels for the beach, you just need to leave a deposit at the front desk, which is fab if you're packing light! The only negative we have to say is the bed was really uncomfortable and definitely needs an upgrade - bedsprings we're digging into us whilst we slept!!...

"My first complaint is with the quality of beds , they are the cheapest kind, the hotel tried to address my complaint by putting a mattress topper on but it just made it worse. Secondly the towels that were given to us were stained with dried blood , not good by any standard !
