"I booked this for me and my son(16) for the weekend. When booking I entered my son's date of birth and Hotel.com allocated him as a child. When I arrived at the hotel I had to pay a surcharge as the hotel classed him as an adult. Hotel.com should review their child age policy as this left a sour note at the beginning of our trip. "On going to the reception on Sunday evening, I asked where we could get two more capsules of coffee for the coffee machine in our room. The reply we received from the receptionist was very poor and not what we would expect fron this hotel. The reply we received was 'There is no more free coffee, you will need to buy any further coffee from the bar. A very disappointing experience indeed."
