"The rooms are very small. The heat did not work when I told the staff of the heat was not working. I thought maybe they will put me in another room instead they brought me a small heater that was cracks in the walls cracks around the headboard just nasty."

"Requested a room with a walk in shower as I have a broken foot and am wearing a walking boot. Was told none were available but online through the hotels own website it showed they were and were bookable for my entire stay. Rude front desk staff. Probably will never stay there again. This hotel has gone down hill for sure"

"Would not recommend. Their fridges there do not work. On our first night there which was a Friday night, we noticed our fridge wasn’t cooling and so we went the next morning to go to the front desk and they said they would send someone, they sent someone Saturday morning and he replaced the fridge but it still was not working. Sunday came around and we had to let the front desk know again that the fridge wasn’t working and they told us that none of the fridge is there actually work. Why would...

"The property is in a good location - right across from the high end shopping mall. But the room I stayed in was not clean when I checked in and I had to ask for another room. The interior of the rooms are old and need a major upgrade. I understand some rooms went through the upgrades but many have not - there were carpet stains and the furniture was very dated. The bathroom door in the two rooms I was in did not close properly which was weird. There was chipped paint on the walls and the doors....
