"Refrigerator, stove and microwave were handy."

"Standard Queen room seemed cramped - no King option at property. Pillows and towels insufficient. Understaffed- desk clerk had to also keep breakfast foods refilled and couldn't keep up 1st morning 2nd morning very little available at breakfast. Carpet and upholstered chair in room not clean"

"Rooms were not what we expected and not very clean. Had to walk a long way and were told it was right there. Had an elderly person with that was having trouble walking and the person at the front desk was not very helpful or kind. Was supposed to be handicap and was not. Chair in one room was broken, television in second room did not work, out of four lights only one worked, vending machines did not work at all, person at front desk was rude when notified of problems. will not recommend...

"The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel looks to be updated but not maintained. Windows, doors, and elevators need some cleaning."

"The TV was all snowy and the receptacles in the bathroom and wall didn't work. No fan for the shower either. Plus no coffee either in the room or in the lobby."

"This is an older hotel but they have done a great job remodeling. No elevator thank goodness they had us on the first floor."

Caleb,an asst. mgr. helped me one evening get our kindles on the internet!! My husband & I both love to read. We would have had to go buy books if it hadn’t been for him!! All the staff were friendly & helpful."

"This property should, in my 50 years of travel opinion, be removed from traveler marketing programs. It appears to be used by oil field workers during their two week work schedule. Fine, enjoy those profits and be fair to the traveler by keeping them away from it. Travelers usually want air tight windows during the night, clean bathrooms and a fresh coffee. Not to mention an honest answer from the manager to simple questions."
