Old and dirty. Beds are older and no mattress cover on mattress. Air conditioner made noise, but did keep the room cold. TV and refrigerator didnt work. Plugin was old and kept kickin off. TV when it was on only had one channel. Light was out in bathroom and drain cover was off. Pressure was awesome on the sink and shower. There was a Wedding venue w lots of people, but our room was quiet.

Very disappointing place. We changed rooms twice due to broken toilet, broken fridge, severe mold issues. If we had another option we probably would have stayed somewhere else the second night. No compensation was offered for the in conveniences.

The good thing was you couldn’t hear people in the other rooms. The facility was awful. It stunk of smoke and musty. Thank goodness we had an outer room with a window to open. The rooms were dark and dank. Very depressing. The breakfast served pancakes and French toast that were hard as hockey pucks. The service at the facility was unfriendly, however the booking agent was great. The hot/cold were reversed, the internet was out more than working. The outer back door was broken and did not lock. The carpet was duck taped. The towels had holes in them. The keys had to be reprogrammed several times. The lamp shade was ripped. We were there with a group in 5 rooms. All were grossed out. Other patrons were asking us about some of the same issues. The tv didn’t work in one of the rooms. The tiny refrigerator rattled, popped and groaned. Some had the water back up in the bathrooms. And this isn’t everything that was unacceptable.

Huge stains on mattress in 213. Looked like blood and blood splatter on sides and top. Didn't sleep in that bed. Won't stay again. Check-in person did not know how to check in and very slow.

No fan in the bathroom and the water in the sink was hooked up backwards…. normally you turn the handle to the right for cold water, but it had to be turned to the left instead. It took a little getting use to. Also, please add an extra blanket in the rooms.

This hotel is fine and clean enough. The building is old and needs updating. The fitness center didn't have operating equipment. The room was big and clean enough to stay one night while passing through.

Room was gross. Peeling wallpaper, bathroom had fruit flies everywhere, cob webs in corners, small holes in walls. Grounds were overgrown. Exterior door into the hotel did not lock. Anyone can get in.

Large King suite was very comfortable with larger size refrigerator. Room was very clean, comfy bed and pillows. Pretty decent breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, donuts and usual offerings of cereals etc…Beautiful lobby, well decorated

This property was probably the place to stay a few decades ago. The entry space is very nice and tidy but as we traveled to our room, the wear began to show. The carpet was held together in many places by duct tape. The room was okay. It was on the small side and the beds were older. The bedding was awful. There was a thin blanket and another sheet on top of the blanket. The bathroom was a big issue. There was no fan so it was very damp. Mold was growing on the ceiling and the wall was peeling between the toilet and the tub. The tub grout was mostly covered with mold and pink mildew. The furniture was a little dusty. Breakfast was mediocre. Water was not available and two out of three days they were out of coffee. The meal area was not well-maintained and the tables were sticky and floor dirty. We made it work but will not stay there again.

While the check in was very quick and very hospitable and the room was very clean and well appointed, the internet service was very slow. Not all devices could be connected.

The room did not have a coffee pot but there was coffee and cups in the room. Carpet in the hallway had bubbles in it - could cause a fall. The bed was comfortable and the pool was nice. Breakfast was ok-nithing special

I was disappointed when we arrived. Our crib in the room (really a pack and play) was sticky and dirty. They just turned around the bottom of the pack and play to hide the dirty and stained soft part for the baby to lay down. The room was unclean with stuff splattered on the walls, the desk chair was broken. Staff were not friendly including the manager and usually seemed like an inconvenience. The continental breakfast was terrible except the eggs and bacon. The donut tray was dripping off and almost looked as if the donuts were unthawing. Then the fruit also seemed frozen and did not taste right. When I went to talk to the staff that was working she said "Yeah, I wouldn't feed my children the breakfast." I was shocked and I asked to speak to the manager who was not going to be there until 5pm that night but we were going to be at the national park followed by the musical. When we got in about 11pm-12pm. I spoke with the manager. She did apoligize and said she would see what she could do. She only took off $35 for our stay, said we booked the standard room which is why it didn't look like it did online. We were not offered a new crib/playpen. We also did not eat breakfast due to the sother staff instructing us to do so. With a family of 4 you know $35 would not feed a family. Highly disappointed and I guess there must be a newer side somewhere in the building that must match the pictures of a standard double queen room. The pool also had a scum on top of it. Yuk!
