"Check in was swift and efficient. My luggage was in my room before I even got there. The room was spotless and spacious and the bed very very comfortable."

"Amazing range of breakfast items. The room was clean but the A/C temperature could not be adjusted and it was hot. The bathroom was clean but there’s was no storage at the sink and the shower stall was small. The location is perfect for a short break so I would stay there again and bring a portable fan."

"The lift was out of order on my second morning when I was leaving. I had four bags with me which in total were too heavy to take down four flights of stairs in one trip. (I'm 76 and was on my own). Surely, lift maintenance should take place after all guests leaving that day had left. Fortunately, after a short wait, a member of staff helped me with my luggage to the car park. Room 407. "This hotel was right next to the train station so easy access along with close to being near the beach and fun market shop so the location was 10 stars. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean but very tiny."

"Average stay, and at £400 for 2 nights it was disappointing! I was surprised at earplugs being provided, but hearing a club(?) behind the hotel empty their glass bins at 1, 2, 3 and 4am both nights it became obvious why! Room was tiny and mattress dreadfully lumpy, but bathroom was pleasant and clean. Receptionist at check in was nice but wasn’t asked if I would like to include breakfast or use the amenities. When I checked out I left a bag, and when I came back to collect them I was shown...

"The bar wasn't open and there was no facilities for breakfast. Even the option of having cereals you could help yourself to and a toaster to make toast would have been good. My room was adequate but the shower cubicle was broken and the shower itself was attached to the wall and could only be used by hand. The bathroom wasn't very clean either. When I told the staff I wasn't happy they weren't interested and didn't bother until I said I was leaving early to offer another room."

"Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, ich habe mich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern, das Bad klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage direkt gegenüber vom Strand ist auf jeden Fall ein Highlight. Ich hatte ein Full Englisch Breakfast mit Obstsalat, Saft und Kaffee inklusive, für 14£ sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis."
