"The whole building is amazing. For check-in, stand in front of the Starbucks, there is an elevator near the escalators, with a waterfall/fountain behind it. Take this elevator to floor 3 to check-in. There are many other sets of elevators but only this elevator will allow check in. Full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, loft style room was phenomenal. "We had a great stay at Good Hotel. The room was very small but a super efficient use of the space and just what we needed for one night in Guatemala City. Breakfast at the restaurant was tasty, and the area around the hotel is walkable with lots of shops, cafes and street art. Would stay again!"

"I enjoyed everything here, very safe, easy in and out parking. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Service we had for breakfast was excellent, our waiter was awesome! Friendly staff. Very comfortable room with a little more than the basic needs. Me my wife and kids are very satisfied with the experience here at this property."
