"We stayed 4 nights. the personal is always excellent, well educated the best.. However the housekeeping was lacking and room lacked basic toaltteries making it less than a 5 star (5 star is about details) We had to call and ask a toothpaste etc. My slippers was taken away and I had to call to get slippers. Also middle of our stay a laundry bags and order plates were removed as well making it impossible to place a breakfast card on the door handle. Not even tipping a housekeeping 20-30 a day...

I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "The rooms are VERY small for two people, but very clean, neat, and safe. The location was perfect - close to Earl’s Court Tube stop with good local restaurants close by. The WiFi didn’t work well in our room, which was frustrating as we didn’t have International calling and had to rely on WiFi for research and communications. "

"The toilet in out room had to be flushed multiple times before going down. The bedding had something on it that looked like mucus. "

"Clean but very small room (#718) and with an even smaller bathroom. I am medium build and media height. A larger person would have problems using that bathroom. I had to shuffle sideways to get into the shower cubicle (no bath). You would have to be a contortionist to access the toilet roll while sitting on the loo. "
