"Well we made it to Zedwell hotel London . Outside looks abandoned but you walk in and the lobby is nice. Then it ends. Self check in- we had reservations but the system wants your last name and confirmation number to search for it. When it does it then needs all your info- name, address, nationality, phone number, either passport or government Identification. I used my drivers license, and what city issued it. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "The room was not clean properly. Cups were dirty and used tea and coffee station was not filled. I called to explain and they were offering discounts to food amenities like it was a negotiation for unclean rooms. I was offend by the offer. A meal or an item should have been 100% comp if that was the gesture to try to make amends."

"Wir haben unser Hotel geliebt, die perfekte Lage etwas außerhalb von dem Trubel, am Wochenende war Paddington dann aber doch super belebt, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Unser Zimmer war toll, mit einer kleinen Kuppel. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass die U-Bahn alle 3 Minuten unter dem Hotel fährt und man das deutlich hört und spürt, was uns nicht gestört hat und zum London Feeling gehört :-) Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders der nette Herr der Nachtwache :-) wir kommen...
