"Excellent customer service, the reception staff were very friendly and professional. The room was was a good size and the bed was comfortable. There was a kettle with coffee in the room but there was additional coffee available free in the reception area along with a water dispenser that did not only cold water but fizzy water too. The very friendly and helpful Owner, Norse, made sure I had everything that I required. If you have never stayed in a Chàteau, for the price I suggest Château de la Grand'Cour. It is exceptional!"

"Brilliant property in the heart of Nantes, just located off the main square, hosting the opera house. The staff were welcoming, the hotel felt modern & clean. The room didn't have AC, but did have a fan."

"Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location, great for transport and walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, etc. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and great amenities. 24 hour access to The Club, with soft drinks and snacks, plus the apreo was lovely and a thoughtful touch. Only one complaint, lighting in bathroom not adequate for either shaving or applying make-up. However wouldn't hesitate to return. We'll done team Okko Nantes!"
