Cari Hotel di Ethiopia

"I booked two family rooms for our stay, but the overall experience did not match the price. One of our rooms did not have a phone to order room service, and we were provided with insufficient towels and no face towels. Having visited several other countries, I have received much better service and amenities for this exact same price point. The cost simply does not match the level of room amenities provided. "The entire experience of visiting Addas Ababa, was excellent! The city has a million excellent views, with more than half of them from the Sheraton LUX, which offered it all, convenience, clean, shine and service, we got it all. The best was the staff. I’m coming back soon. As for all the warnings, either someone lying or those some kind soldiers"

"Nice hotel just outside Addis, difficult to get to due to traffic and bad roads, many taxis refuse to go there. Once there nice place just a bit cold and no proper air con in rooms hence they give heaters but not quite enough."

"The airport transfer worked fairly well, it wasn’t waiting for me on arrival but a quick phone call and it turned up. It was waiting at the set time to return to the airport. I was able to check in a little early which was nice/appreciated and I think the hotel is in a good location for a couple of nights in Addis."

"Clean room and clean bathroom breakfast"

"There is no sound proof . The noise was from 10 pm to 8 am none stop , high frequency volume . We literally cant sleep the whole night . It’s the worse experience that we ever had in spite of our frequent travelling and staying in hotels"

"Cool"

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist and made me feel very welcome. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended"

"Everything is great, but there are no places nearby to buy things, so please prepare what you need in advance."

"The staff was helpful and friendly as usual. The view and grounds provide a lovely atmosphere for work and fun. The upgrades to the gym, pool, and spa make it a really enjoyable space to relax. I will definitely stay again."

"It's nice I recommend"
