"The hotel I picked was not a good choice on my part. Very rough area, broken down cars and trucks in the parking lot, and drunken arguments in the parking lot till late at night. Felt like a halfway house. I did not have any problems personally and the people I came across were nice."

"The only thing at all was the shower rod in 421 is not installed correctly, it is angled down making it difficult to keep tight to the wall. NO other issues 👍"

"The floors, even though were mopped still left your socks and feet dirty. The coffee at the breakfast bar was almost undrinkable. The room cleaners were nice and courteous. Linda was especially nice and friendly. She did a great job cleaning the room. We bought trash bags to empty out the 2 small trash cans into on Wednesday and put it under the bathroom sink, when we left on Sunday morning, it was still there even though they had come into the room and put soap and tissues in there on Saturday....

"They had a great staff, but when I got there they had given the room I rented to someone else so I had a regular king. My wife killed 2 roaches in the bathroom the night we got there. The next morning when I cut the light on about 20 of them scattered on the floor. Most of them ran under the refrigerator. The room door looked like it had been pried open. It had a gap and moved back and forth. You go to close the bathroom door and it would push all the way through. It was like it had been kicked...

"Thoroughly enjoyed this newly renovated restaurant/hotel! Furnishings were exquisite down to the wall switches! Bar area and sunroom were lovely as was the dining room. Employees were the best! Nice to have this venue in Winnsboro - best wishes for continued success!!!"
