"It was a great experience ."

"I liked that the property was so close to train station and a few restaurants. It made getting to my morning bus very convenient. Once I moved to an interior room the noise from the room on the street, entirely diminished and I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, warm and helpful which made my stay more enjoyable. I wish there had been a fridge in the room, and a common lounge area."

"Tolles, großes und sauberes Zimmer. Auch das Badezimmer machte einen hervorragenden Eindruck. Frühstück war sehr schön angerichtet und alles vorhanden was man braucht."

"This is a lovely little hotel right on the lake and very close to shops and restaurants. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was pretty standard. Overall just perfect for our stay."

"Personal atento, adecuada limpieza, y buen estacionamiento"

"We stayed in the “Family Room” loft and it greatly exceeded all of our expectations. Spacious, charming layout and very clean. Very helpful staff and a central location with great access to Annecy’s spectacular canals and shops."

"Business hotel well located, you can heard the trains but it didn’t stop us from getting a good sleep."

"The room is clean and the location is ideal for exploring the old town. Parking is easy. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting annecy."

"Location is perfect, within steps from Old Town. Room interior is brand new but a bit small, especially the bathroom."

"Good"

"Clean room nice atmosphere and close to shopping centre and the lake"

"The Chateau and the property's grounds are beautiful. The location and views were gorgeous and relaxing. One challenge was our laye arrival. We received a message through the Expedia platform about how to enter the establishment after 10 pm. Unfortunately, we were driving and didn't see the alert email come in. Expedia has our cellphone in our account, but they opted not to message us as I didn't have that setup as a default notification tool. Nonetheless, Expedia should do better because it...

"Absolutely stunning views of the lake! Such a gorgeous property and well tucked away enough to give some quiet but still close to everything"

"Todo muy bien"
