"Le personnel est adorable, la chambre est au top, la vue est incroyable et l'accès au spa est très pratique. En revanche, le Chromecast de la TV ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons ramené le câble HDMI mais il ne tient pas bien sur la prise de la TV et nous n'avons pas pu visualiser les films qu'on voulait sur la TV. Il y avait un point d'eau mais il n'y avait pas d’eau gazeuse alors que c'était proposé. Le spa était très propre au début de la semaine mais plus les jour avançait plus cela devenait...

"Close to the main city area, the lake and the bus station! Staff were friendly and rooms clean. We wish there was a kettle in the room to have hot water on cold nights but when requested staff did bring a kettle up to our room. "

"Parking is at a neighbor hotel/public lot. Narrow spaces and narrow entry. Only option if driving. Staff, hotel and location is excellent. Park once and walk to everything."

"Suite Andrea avec une vue splendide sur le lac, personnel au petit soin. Chambre bien agencée, tout était en place pour une arrivée avec les enfants. Localisation parfaite pour les promenades au bord du lac. Un spa à l’étage inférieur bien pensé avec salle de sport et un personnel très bienveillant et intentionné. La piscine chauffée un petit plus chaud que 28 C pour les enfants aurait été beaucoup confortable. L’ensemble était un petit weekend bien agréable avec une vue sur le lac et les...

"Beautiful Hotel in a lovely location next to the Castle and a short walk down the hill to the Old Town . Staff were warm , very helpful . My only criticism is we did NOT have an en-suite Toilet OR Bathroom . Both were situated across the hallway in full view of other rooms on the 1st floor . For a hotel commanding such a price a en-suite toilet : bathroom should be standard . "
