"Excellent location right on the lake with gorgeous views and an easy walk into Annecy’s Old Town. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Be sure to take advantage of the indoor pool experience. Our only disappointment was the service at La Table, where we ate twice. The restaurant and bar seemed understaffed, resulting in very slow service for both food and drinks. The staff were pleasant, but appeared stretched too thin. We did not try the other on-site restaurants."

"Staff were excellent. Made to feel extremely welcome upon arrival and got early access as room was ready prior to check in time. The room (studio) was tidy, spacious and well laid out. Kitchen and bathroom was nice and clean with all required utensils and amenities available. It was the height of a heatwave while we were there, but temp in room was very well controlled. Location itself is ideal for exploring the old town with shops, bars, boulangeries and cafes all nearby. Easy walking distance...

"The property has amazing views and the standard of the service and friendliness from the staff is absolutely excellent. There is one on-site restaurant however be sure to make reservations in advance both for lunch and dinner if planning on eating there (the staff will also remind you of this). The recent addition of the pool is terrific and adds more amenities to the property, the pool is truly first class with tremendous views. The fitness area is small but well set out with air...

"Hotel was in a great location and staff was very friendly. The air conditioning in our room didn't work even though the staff tried to fix it. It stayed at 28C all night even though it was set at 22. It was cooler in the hallway than in the room."
