"Very romantic resort"

"Tv did not work until had technician rectified on day 2. Guaranteed wake up call did not happen.Whilst staff are all friendly and apologetic they do not attend to any reported issues reliably."

"What a wonderful staff, thoroughly enjoyed our stay for to the wonderful people working at the hotel. Breakfast is really good and I enjoyed dinner a la carta too. Do book the snorkeling trip, got to see turtles, reef shark and lots of beautiful fish"

The room was well presented and clean with all the amenities we expected. The activities available for kids, the nice pools and the option for kids club seemed to be well organised."

"Had a wonderful stay. Transport from the airport to the resort was flawless and booked through the resort. Stayed at the adults only Reef wing and the staff was so attentive. Beautiful beaches and grounds. The food was amazing … and we ate at the Golden Cowrie every morning for breakfast. Would highly recommend."

"Excellent hotel. It is a family oriented hotel so a lot of children and the buffet gets busy. There were only two of us and my daughter is 17. You can only use the 'adult only' pool from 18 so we were a bit stuck in limbo. We used the spa a lot which was excellent for massage and facial - lovely staff and lovely location however don't have a manicure (not the same standard as UK). "Overall nice property for traveling with kids / family. Definitely expensive for what you get. There’s a big hill and they do have a golf cart to reach your rooms, but they take 3 hours just to pick you up. Showers were the whole bathroom, so you have to you the bathroom 1 at the time. We sent our clothes for laundry morning he day prior to check out, they didn’t have our laundry ready till the next day aftwr we checked out. And the laundry was wet"
