"Pools were lovely and staff were excellent. One small hiccup but easily resolved, used room towels taken away but not replaced, daily phone call to housekeeping soon had clean towels delivered."

Staff really accommodate for the kids, even brought out a small mattress when our toddler fell asleep at the restaurant giving my wife and I the opportunity to eat without holding him, they just did that without request. "

"Beautiful island and largely lovely staff. Rooms are dated. Fitness centre isn’t really a gym it’s a bunch of dumbbells. Main issue we had though is that there were cats roaming the main restaurant one evening, complained to staff to see if they could shoo them off and they just laughed at us. A few minutes later one jumped on our toddler and ruined our meal and left her very scared of the restaurant for rest of the trip."

"I booked this resort for myself and my two daughters and it was so beautiful. The beach waters are literally crystal clear turquoise water. The snorkeling was beautiful. The coral was so bright. The staff was 10 out of 10 so pleasant so kind willing to go above and beyond to make your stay happy. Special shout out to the all the bartenders especially Fresh and Ami. Una and Bill were very very helpful with everything. I will most definitely return. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE!! The property is run down, the service is non existence and they give “Fiji time” a whole new meaning of slow/incapable. We had issues from the moment we checked in."

"The best part about First Landing is the staff. So friendly, helpful and amazing with kids. We stayed in a 1Bedroom villa which was beautiful. Had everything you needed and its own private pool. The main pool is also very good, large and with lots of loungers/umbrellas around it. There was an activity board each day with lots of different things to do and excursions could be booked through the onsite tour desk. Tuesday night show was great fun too. But again, the people really are the best!"

"Nice location with good snorkeling all around the island. Beautiful area. Lovely staff. The rooms were a bit dated but the bed was comfortable and it was nice to have air conditioning. The food was ok. The vegetarian options were quite good. I loved having a little beach right outside my bura. All in all a nice stay. Vanaka! "

"Very poor service,the air conditioning was not working amd we were only told about the check in was done ....and told will provide fan but wasnt provided.we asked for our refund so we can move to some othe hotel which was approved but till date we haven't received our received....i already called the hotel for follow up but no reply "

"No beach! Not bad parking. Staff is nice, helpful and friendly, but then so is everyone in Fiji. The biggest downer was that there is no beach any where near, and we need a car or public transport to get to it"
