"Clean room, beautiful property, amazing staff, delicious food"

"We’ve been to heaps of resorts in Fiji, but nothing beats The Crowne plaza! Best service, team there is so friendly, helpful and all super friendly. Didn’t get any bad vibe from any of them. Food was on point, a bit pricey but I guess that’s what comes with a 5 star resort like this. Definitely be back and staying even longer next time 😆 Staff that really stood out to me was Eugene, Jesse & Semisi! Lads were the best!"

"My husband and I traveled to Fiji from Sydney and stayed for 5 nights at the Hilton. We booked a beachfront room- the view from the room was amazing. The resort has a spa, gym, 3 main restaurants and 1 for snacks. There is a buggy service through the resort every 5 minutes, since the resort is around 2.5 km big. "The resort is not 5 star in my opinion. Plain drinking water was not freely available throughout the resort (we had to ask for bottled water). Our room was clean but fixtures were tired, broken or worn out some powerpoints were loose on the wall * one bedside lamp switch worked but was taped up with electrocal tape * there was no globe in the light above the phone desk * there was no instructions for the phone and it only appeared to work on speaker * there was no bottle opener in the room * the...

"Really the only feedback i have is that there should be a nightly activity. But seriously if thats all that i can offer thats not a big deal. Solo traveller, made me feel special and welcomed when wanted and left me alone when i wanted. Perfectly relaxing. Safety is their top priority and appreciate all the extra efforts in ensuring that for all guests. Massage was amazing and can day enough about the bar staff. Vinaka for a relaxing few days!"

"We had an incredible stay at the Sofitel. We had a family room which was clean and quiet and had a view of the ocean. Staff were lovely and so helpful, always very friendly. Pool and amenities were also perfect, the pool was so clean and so many empty chairs to choose from. We had a small issue with our air conditioner breaking one night and they moved us to a new room immediately, they made everything so easy. Highly recommend, perfect for families. "

"Room is very specious with 2 kids, staffs are very welcoming and lagoon is very beautiful for babies and toddler. Kids really enjoyed family pool area and very happy with all activities planned in resort. Overall stay was very good and we regret we only stayed for 2 nights."

"We had a great 5 days at Malolo island resort. Staff was excellent, happy, friendly and helpful, particularly restaurant staff who made us feel super special.
