"The staff is very accommodating providing attention to details from Veronica’s warm welcome to the maintained clean grounds, recreational area, pool spaces, minimart and cafe- wow! Everything you need is in the resort and worth the resort fee. The villa was beautiful and spacious- kitchen excellent, bathroom exceptional, and AC unit kept us cool. We felt safe and at peace here."

"The washer and dryer didn't work. No dolly cart for your belongings and when you did find one the tires are flat or broken. Shower floor seems not to have been cleaned in some time.
AC finally reached the set temperature in the morning! And the RESORT FEE NONSENSE!
EXPEDIA ( Not there fault and was advised of the problem) The new parking Fee!
Just stop with the fee's, The personal that thinks this up, GET SOME HELP AND PLEASE STOP THIS B.S. JUST TELL TRUTH OF WHAT THE ROOM WILL COST, TOTAL...

"Clean rooms, king and queen suite plenty big enough for our family of 5, pools and Waterpark, nice arcade, plenty of restaurants around the area, not far from disney/seaworld/universal. We had a good time would recommend 👌"

"The hotel had everything that was expected. It had shampoo, towels, toilet paper, hair dryer, water, and even coffee and a coffee maker, and also a small fridge. The room was clean and the front office staff was kind enough to let us check in an hour before our actual check in time. The beds were comfortable.
Although the room was very close to the airport, it was still very quiet during the night and throughout the day.
They also have an airport shuttle that leaves every 15 minutes to drop...
