"The room was clean but outdated. The stairway light was out after Dark. We kept getting notices automatically that quiet time started at 10:00 p.m., we had to call the front office to get a party shut down in the pool bar at 11:00 p.m. even though the pool closed at 10:00 p.m. It was loud enough they should have heard it and put a stop to it earlier.
Undecided if we would stay there again.
Great location, lots of places to eat and things to do nearby. Seemed fairly safe."

"Property Pool and Bar was Great with Focus on Guest Service.
Rooms need TLC. Doors and Locks didn't properly function and squeeky. TV Receiption was Poor."

"The worst "Hilton" I've ever been to!
-The room was disgustingly dirty and there were several things already broken.
-The property was not well maintained.
-The timeshare lady got mad I didn't want to do the tour and starting talking sht about me before I walked away.
The kids loved the little waterpark so that is the only saving grace.
Seriously though, this place is gross."

"The property is dated. The rooms were small and old. The so-called balconies were not in the rooms, they were common for all.
The pool bar closed at 7, the main bar closed at 9. Sometimes there were no towels at the pool and the number of chairs were limited."
