"We stayed in a two bedroom queen room with our three children, 10 years old, seven years old, and two years old and it was the perfect space. As soon as we arrived, our kids wanted to jump in the pool, which had a slide and a nice waterfall and it was just beautiful. The outside bar and restaurant was perfect for ordering snack snacks and a drink, the drinks were phenomenal and the staff was super helpful and friendly. "Online pictures are deceiving. Lobby is very nice. Rooms have new vinyl flooring and dresser, hanger, mirror units. However, the age, poor maintenance, and lack of cleanliness of the rooms and building were evident.
We rented two rooms. One in Building 2 and the other in Building 3. Concerns included:

"My daughter absolutely love this resort every time we go we always have a good staff even though this time the one staff that we had she wasn’t that great and I ended up having to get another staff that turned out to be perfect he help me with everything that I needed. I was grateful my daughter was happy at the end and that’s all that matter Rome always maintenance workers are always polite. We would definitely be back again next year."

"The property is dated. The rooms were small and old. The so-called balconies were not in the rooms, they were common for all.
The pool bar closed at 7, the main bar closed at 9. Sometimes there were no towels at the pool and the number of chairs were limited."
