"This was our second time at this hotel. Both times we found bugs in our room. First time we just ignored it and just thought it was a Florida thing. We had them again. We stay in Orlando 6-7 times a year and this was the only time having this occur. This last time there was a heavy smell of Marijuana in the hall. Mentioned it to the staff and they seemed to care less. Security who was there just walked away and back outside. We have stayed at other Rosen Hotels and enjoyed them. This...

"The one night stay was great. The staff was excellent, and the early morning shuttle to airport was very helpful. The include free to go breakfast was also a plus. The area was quiet with a great view of a golf course. The only minus was the toilet bowl was stained and would run if the handle wasn’t fiddled with. I still would stay here again."

They had breakfast, but I was told by the staff that I would have to walk all around the building to get to the buffet, even though there was a door across from my room to the area. I am handicapped and can not walk that far. I did not have breakfast. The hotel did not have any vending machines, so at 3 am I had to go out to find a soda and snack. The hotel also seemed to have a lot of permanent people residing at...
