"This hotel was a gem in its heyday, so it's definitely vintage. Some things could be modernized; other things need some maintenance, but all minor in comparison to the experience of staying at the Dodge House. The room was clean and comfortable, air conditioning worked great and the shower had great pressure. "Room was spacious and clean, and quiet. Breakfast was good, and I especially enjoyed the veggie egg white omelette! And turkey sausage.
We took one star away after using the shower. VERY poor water pressure. Was not good for my 6' hubby, but particularly disappointing for me at 5'2". When the low-pressure water from the 7' high shower head hit me, it was very weak and dispersed. Took a while to rinse out shampoo and conditioner."
