"Staff at reception rude, daily housekeeping missed, room was musty and smelt, noise at night continuos rolling kefs or barrels, finding anyone at reception was impossible ...basically a backpackers would have been cheaper and cleaner. Absolutely nothing went right from check in to check out ..just dirty and rude staff"

"The room was spotless as always and the staff are always courteous and ready to talk to you (no waiting). There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke, I'm not sure how they can deal with this if people choose to break the rules, but perhaps a bit of awareness to leave door & windows open to air it out, just a suggestion."

"We had a wonderful stay at Quest Dandenong with our family. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. Having a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer was incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with family. Everything we needed was provided, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always welcoming and happy to assist with any questions. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant...
