"Nice cheap hotel. Less than 10 min walk from a Copenhagen central station, and even closer to many attractions. Breakfast is very expensive, room is very small as expected, no AC but also no control on heat… we were lucky to come in may as it was randomly hot in the middle of the night and we opened the balcony door every time."

"The front desk team are lovely. The breakfast is interesting - everything is cold.. We popped the 'please make up my room' sign on twice during our visit and it was just ignored however when we didnt put up the sign we came back to a clean room. Depending on what you order dinner can be really good. We had 2 lovely servers. A 20 min walk towards the Tivoli, shopping and tour activities. "

"Centrally located and convenient. Breakfast buffet is good. Suggest pre-buying breakfast at the time of booking, as its more expensive (almost double!) to buy on premises. The air conditioning in the room did not work. While the staff helped us move rooms, it did not work well in the new room as well. There was a faint bad odor in the bathroom. "

Air conditioning was ineffective - room was always too warm which made it difficult to sleep. Bright light on thermostat also hindered sleep. Buffer breakfast was nice. Biggest issue was when I was checking out, I asked the lady at the front desk if I could leave my bags there for a while. She suggested I use lockers in the train station.
