"Our stay was great except for a smell that we had in the room. We let front desk know and they tried to locate it. No luck finding it. They did offer to switch rooms but we were already half way through our trip. Let front desk know the smell was there when we left but not sure if they are gonna take care of it. The front desk person didnt really seem to care and didnt even apologize. Besides that it was a great stay. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the 320 Guest Ranch—it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip through Montana and Wyoming. We had planned our route so that the ranch would be a relaxing midpoint, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. "The hotel is in a great location for use as a jumping off point for Yellowstone exploration and has many good dining & shopping options. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. The room was clean & secure and everything was in good working order. The only drawbacks were how small the room was (especially the super tight stand up shower) and lugging heavy luggage up and down stairs."

"Very large accommodations. A sitting room, a lounge area and a sleeping area. We were not expecting this much room. Well worth the expense for such restful nights. Outside noises were not a factor. Amazing breakfast with a varied menu. Not just scrambled eggs and bacon. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The inn was comfortable and clean. I did not realize the doors open to the outside (like a motel) when booking, but the area felt safe and we enjoyed our stay. We had clean towels and a straightened room each day when we returned from the park. "
