"Um zu Kommentieren muss man ja einen Stern vergeben. Leider haben wir dort gar nicht übernachtet weil unsere Anreise über Doha nicht zu Stande kam wegen dem Iran Krieg. Dieses Hotel war das Einzige von vielen, das überhaupt nicht auf unsere Anfragen reagiert hat. Auch Expedia konnte niemanden erreichen und nach einer Möglichkeit der Stornierung fragen. Nächstes Jahr planen wir wieder Sri Lanka aber dann garantiert ohne dieses Hotel. Echt schade…"

"Great place to stay. Had first 2 nights in Sri Lanka here. Very friendly staff. Shout out to Kasun who sorted our arrival. All staff very helpful in sorting out our missing luggage. "

"Room clean, overall level of tardiness elsewhere. Soulless atmosphere. Very slow checkin. Difficulty in accessing room..told to wait until they fixed it. Unnecessary prolonged discussion re airport transfer (we had it written as included). Some noise. Very poor breakfast (compared to other hotels we stayed at). Grounds nice, but dirt area around pool (viz not paved), tired looking room with checked curtains and small vanity area. Location is proximal to airport, however little else...

"It was a bit confusing for the check in process, no main reception or office. The people who run the restaurant next door, I think also own this property. There is no lift but staff happy to help carry. Was suitable for 1 night stay before going home. Glad I had room furthese away from the street. The street noise carries if you are a light sleeper. "

"This was the perfect place for my quick stay after a 3 day tour of Sri Lanka. The location was close to the airport, I had a spacious room with a nice bathroom, balcony. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning and spent some time out at the pool. Great for my purpose at a very low cost."

"Overall a bad experience. There are far better hotels/stays for just a few more quids: Room condition: Degraded, dirty and with questionable stains everywhere and we witnessed ants moving pieces of food from under the bed (see photos). Cupboard couldn’t close properly and pops open midnight. Windows had strong watermarks so you can’t really enjoy the view. Service: The manager look-a-like gives zero respect to customers, abruptly stopping people mid sentence to say whatever he needs to say....

"Room was super clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable, bathroom and shower worked well. Staff is very nice and helpful. Quiet at night after work crew is finished (remodeling underway which is noisy in the day). Excellent value - I needed a 2 night stay before a flight and was a little worried about the low price but I was very happy with my choice! "
