Room was nice. Staff was not rude, but not friendly either. Was a great simple place to stay in San Diego. The Vacation Club Presentation was not great and over promised on how gifts work.

Front desk staff and pool staff are excellent. Had issues with housekeeping that were addressed promptly and professionally by management. Buffet was really good and the poolside drinks phenomenal.
