We got the 2 bedroom premium view two queen suite over looking the falls. The view was good and that was about it. The room and hotel are in need of serious updates. The room was clean, but it’s outdated, things are barely functional if even working just overall rundown. The fridge didn’t work, the shower was so loud I’m sure you could hear it all across the whole floor when it was on, and the pull-out sofa couch seemed like it could’ve been original to the hotel. The staff were friendly enough, but not helpful. I called down for blankets and pillows the first evening we were there and they never came, ended up sleeping without them since we had such a long day. Called the next afternoon for them and they still never came, had to go down to the front desk at midnight after we got back from our event to get them. The Applebees connected to them is their restaurant and not any better, missing up simple food orders when they don’t even have any customers. We definitely won’t be staying there again.
