"We booked on Expedia and when we arrived to check in, we were given a room in the South tower. It was not at all up to standard for a Hilton Hotel. There was no hot water, (mind you I had two children with me), the carpet had a smell, the lightning was poor; it was depressing. I complained and got moved to the North tower - it was night vs day ! Updated room, fantastic amenities, plenty of both natural light and lighting. Plenty of hot water, and we had both views ! I however wasn’t happy that the lady that checked us in chose to place us in the Southside despite what we paid (which turned out to be higher than the actual hotel rate) and the fact that I had two young children with me. There is also no free onsite parking .. so we had to walk to and from surrounding paid but cheaper car parks everyday. There’s also no breakfast.
