Included lots of the amenities that I like such as a full length mirror. the breakfast was very tasty and the owners were friendly and attentive. "The studio king room ticked all our boxes, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The included breakfast brought added value. The staff were friendly and helpful. I don't know their name, but the person who checked us in let us know about the locals' favorite pizzeria, Franks. We ordered twice and loved it. With a fridge and microwave in the room, we enjoyed leftovers, too. This hotel is on the Wego line, which made travel through Niagara Parks convenient. Recommend and would stay again."

"We had someone staying in the building that kept us awake most of our second. He was his phone in the common area talking to a woman. The conversation was loud and we could hear her conversation as well. It was 12:20 in the morning when my wife asked him to stop. The staff living on site did nothing. We were not impressed. That second night stay should actually be refunded. Never had an experience like that at a B&B before."
