This beautiful old house is a quirky, comfortable place to stay. The owner has maintained the period of the house by using patterned china for breakfast as well as the furnishings. If you’re looking for a stay in somewhere original, this truly is a gem of a place. The only downside is the neighbourhood.

A quiet and comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious and nicely presented. They accommodated gluten free very well, even maintained the same breakfast with appropriate substitutions. A lovely experience, would stay here again.

Fantastic B&B, nicely restored to Victorian era paying homage to the era and building. Sneak down at night and have a look at dining room, it’s fantastic and fitted to a very high standard of design (NOT TACKY). We arrived at 2am due to delayed flights and getting into our room wasn’t a problem. Breakfast is simple, fruit, juice and pancakes with maple syrup. I think cereals were available.

The hotel is shabby chic is the best way. Lived in, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff made sure to have our reservation access codes were posted on the door and they were very communicative about how to get in, house rules, and how to plan for breakfast. The room was glorious! We had the penthouse suite and we walked into the upper story replete with Persian rugs, stained glass windows, a 4 poster bed, dining and sitting areas, and a bathroom with a jacuzzi. We loved the space and my husband relaxed in a way he doesn't in more formal hotels.

This property is really really old and has the antique vibe. If you like those go for it, lots of lots of curtains, mirrors (whole hallway is covered with different size/ shape of mirrors) and antique furnitures. AC was a blessed! Unfortunately Breakfast was all too sweet for us. Too much sweets as breakfast - canned fruits, pastries, pan cakes, donuts Staffs were so friendly and kind though!

This is a lovely property full of antiques. Our tower room was very large and had a two storey bathroom under the tower cupola with a giant jacussi bath. We also had our own outside veranda. The breakfast was quite tasty. It is a short 10 minute walk to the theatre at the Casino. The only suggestion I can make to the hosts is to have a chair at the front door if you want guests to take their outside shoes off on entering.
