"This was the most terrible stay. The hotel was dilapidated, and did not look safe. There were holes in the walls, construction was going on, and the bathroom was not clean. Our balcony looked over a green murky pool in the adjacent property with mosquitoes on our balcony. We did not want to sleep in the bed and slept in our clothes and did not sleep well as the power went out at least 20 times during the night. No air or electricity . "My check in was terrible… the woman tried to bill me when i had already paid. Then she tried to put me in a downstairs room with no view (i paid for ocean view).. she needs to be trained on how to accept hotels bookings!! The room was surface clean but there was terrible dark stains on toilet and the the light switches were very grubby. Wifi was off the first night.. it came back the following day, but did not reach my room"
