The hotel didn't respond to my message with train arrival details and pick-up request -- probably because it was written in English -- but I was able to get a ride with one of the many other vehicles picking up their customers. "We stayed in a business suite which was delightful, large, clean, beautifully appointed. There were two big problems: the heat didn't work, and the room was quite cold even in November. In addition, there was only a trickle of hot water! Taking showers was a challenge. For the money, this hotel was worth it, but the experience could have been much better. "
