"We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and were given a room that was on the first floor with a door out to the sun deck. We were quite tired and thought a nap would be good but no hope as we had the constant noise of the extractor fan from the kitchen going up the wall outside, even if we shut all the windows we heard it. I went back to reception and said we weren’t happy with the noise, we were offered another room but that opened onto the busy sitting area that people were having drinks at so...

"Great hotel in a great location, right by the water and a short walking distance to all the restaurants at the marina. Parking right at the hotel as well. Rooms are lovely, staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good - will be staying here again next time we are in Knysna."

"Everything EXCELLENT..only hassle seems to be coffee availability in dining room...boiling wster not available whern container runs out.. at least a minimum of 10min wait to replenish. LADIES in DINING ROOM constantly tidy& reset tables after use, but notice that young men are scarce when this needs to be done!"

Detta är ett av de bästa hotellen vi bott på och detta har gett en bra helhetsupplevelse. Otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Det var ett mysigt och trevligt ställe med nära till matställen både inom hotellet och även utanför. Tillgång till bra spa och de erbjuder även bra tvätthjälp."
