"This hotel is all about the location, which is excellent. The little garden in the middle of the hotel is a nice place to hang out. The rooms themselves are pretty old and worn. For example, the sink tap had to be turned to just the right point for it to not drip. However the bed was comfortable. "Basic room. Sheets and walls had a number of dirt stains (having stayed in other similar Indonesian hotels before, this seems kinda common), also the room had a number of ants here and there. However this was made up by the great service and location. There are a number of eateries right outside the hotel, also Malioboro Mall was like maybe a minute's walk away. Extremely convenient. Would stay again. "
