"The staff were very good Breakfast good and fresh. The place is great . However, This place is not quite suitable for daily commute to Geneva. Public transport 4 and M ends early and if you finish late it’s a challenge you have to walk a long distance . One day I waited 1 hour for Uber from the border to the Hotel 2.5 kms from around 10 pm and only got to hotel after 11 pm."

"hôtel immense, proche de l'axe routier, décor artificiel, impersonnel, ambiance particulière vu la population (tout le monde sait), personnel n’est pas désagréable mais on ne ressent aucune chaleur humaine, et même le soir, et le matin, l’accueil était assuré par des agents de sécurité : tout est dit ! Cela convient pour une nuit sans attente, mais clairement pas pour se sentir “comme chez soi”."

"Great hotel. The use of space in the rooms is so well thought out. There is more storage space than in most hotel rooms because the designers were so creative about not wasting space. We truly appreciated that!"

"If you want to stay by the lake, this is the place. Splurge for a lake view. Its worth it. It’s not near the old town though. 30 minute walk or a cab ride."

"A fun place to stay. Modern and bright. Room was comfortable with decent space and nice view. Nice location about 10 mins walk from train station and 10+ to the beautiful city center of Annecy. Excellent front desk and housekeeping service."

"This is a wonderful large hotel, with great pool and lakeside lounge chairs! Very helpful when arriving and departing. Close enough to town by car. Primarily to stay there. One odd complaint (not to take a star away): we had to request and iron and ironing board twice; they brought one but took it away within an hour... it was a major request for something understood as trivial in most hotels with so many starts... Thanks."

"Room was very small and bathroom was right beside bed with only a sliding door that did not close properly. Hallway to room was full of stains and room was not very clean (left over garbage under the bed and carpet was old and dingy). Breakfast was great and so were the staff. Free access to coffee and latte machine at all times if you added the breakfast option (15 Euros per person per day). Location is close to lake and a few restaurants but a long walk to the main old town area. Free parking."
