While there is some construction work in the area which involves redirection of foot traffic, this is not a great inconvenience. We did not have a car so can't comment on issues associated with that. Our room was very quiet, clean and comfortable with sufficient space and a split system AC. The kitchenette with fridge, which had drinks replenished for free daily, was appreciated.
