"Ok so as soon as I arrived after a grueling 18 hour flight, I expected to find a cold water in the fridge. There was nothing, although Water was listed as included under the amenity section. Also wanted to have nice warm shower and they were no shower, gels or soaps also as listed under the amenity list and the water was mostly cool. I asked the host about the water and soaps and was told I would have to buy or they were not included even though listed on their site Not a single towel in the...

"Frankly, I did not like anything about my stay at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel. The property is poorly maintained and need remodeling. All around the property I immediately noticed worned tables, paint peeling, and broken or old equipment. My room had bugs which I reported. My shower was an old fashioned tub shower. I recommend the closing of the hotel for a major remodel. I moved to the La Babadi Beach Hotel for the remainer of my stay."

Just a couple of minor points that may be worth looking into: the air conditioning in our room felt slightly stuffy at times, and the 2 treadmills in the gym were noisy with a lot of friction, particularly around the running belt making it unusable.
